SLOW ART DAY 2016

Join us Saturday, April 9th, as we celebrate Slow Art Day. Slow Art Day is a global all-volunteer event that encourages participants to remind themselves of the benefits of looking and seeing art. 
 
This year Slow Art Day coincides with the exhibtion Manhua+Manga, on view in the Gallery until April 30, 2016. This is the second year the University of Maryland Art Gallery has participated in Slow Art Day, and this year the Gallery is joined on by the Stamp Gallery at the University of Maryland and Michelle Smith Collaboratory for Visual Culture.
