Glances From Infinity: Department of Art Faculty Exhibition

September 5 to November 30, 2018

Glances From Infinity is a triennial exhibtion of professional work by UMD's world-class Department of Art faculty and adjunct faculty. The exhibtion underscores the faculty's creative acheivements over the last several years while emphasising that their scholarship and teaching is grounded first and foremost in an art-making practice. This year's participating artists include: Leslie Berns, Rieko Chacey, Shannon Leah Collis, Emily Conover, Patrick Craig, Wendy Jacobs, Cy Keener, Rashin Kheiriyeh, Richard Klank, Leah Lewman, Matthew McLaughlin, W. C. Richardson, John Ruppert, Foon V. Sham, Justin Strom, Jim Thorpe, and Rex Weil.

 

This exhibition is organized by the University of Maryland Art Gallery, in association with the Department of Art, and is supported in part by the Dorothy and Nicholas Orem Exhibition Fund as well as a generous grant from the  Maryland State Arts Council.
